Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation Policy

Clients may cancel their web or app development project within 3 days of the initial payment to receive a full refund, provided no actual development work or server provisioning has commenced. Once development begins, cancellations will be evaluated on a pro-rata basis based on the work completed.

2. Refund Policy

Because software development requires dedicated engineering hours, refunds are generally not provided once a project phase has been completed and approved by the client.

If you are unsatisfied with the delivered SaaS or PaaS product, we offer a standard revision period (as defined in your contract) to ensure the software meets the agreed-upon requirements.

3. Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed and credited back to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
